Esoteric provides documentation in support of system provides to client .Prepares electrical and instrumentation layouts,
I/O list, cause & effect, interconnecting wiring drawings, Control Panel Drawings, instrument installation details and
construction drawings in compliance with process and client requirements.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
A factory acceptance test (FAT) is conducted to determine and document the equipment hardware and software
operates according to its Esotericification, covering functional, fault management, communications, support systems, and interface requirements. We do it as part of our internal process for integrated base stations and system solutions.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
SAT is carried out at the site of a vendor or in-house at a Esotericific stage prior to the next phase of installation to give
the client confidence that the system is as they originally desired and as such is "fit for purpose".
Site Integration Test (SIT)
SIT verifies the proper execution of each component and its proper interface with the rest of system. The objective of
SIT Testing is to validate that system is functionally correct.
Training
A results-oriented training path is established by assessing
needs, addressing concerns and developing solutions.
Esoteric offers customized training that include Supervisor/Administrator, technical/maintenance training and user training.
Each type of training is customized for each of our customers and is presented and agreed upon prior to system acceptance. We can provide training in our offices, or at your location, with as many personnel as you require.
Installation & Commissioning
Esoteric provides installation and commissioning support to customers. We ensure a seamless and effective transfer
from the design and manufacturing phase to the installation phase. Our commissioning Esotericialists assist
and supervise clients with system installation, commissioning and start-up routines and protocols.
Plant Maintenance
Esoteric offers in-factory warranty maintenance standard on all our equipment and systems sold, however, we also
offer long-term Support Contracts and you will get a fast and efficient response in case of any problem during plant
operation.
